Joseph Okech Nyojuondo Family - Kanyadgiro VillageThis is the family of the late Joseph Nyojuondo who had 8 sons who all passed away and left a total of 16 children. The children are taken care of by their grandmother, Mama Iska Ndege. The children's names are Jacob Okeyo (15), Tom Ouma (11), John Ouma (13), Sharon Akinyi (8), Moline Achieng (10), Maureen Anyango (9), Felix Majiwa (12), Peter Odhiambo (9), Collins Otieno (17), Macklin Akoth (5), Dickens Ouma (14), Whitney Akinyi (3), Violet Atieno (5), Brian Okoth (3), Samuel Onyango (17), Nicholas Ouma (20) The family partly farms and whatever is harvested is used to feed the large family. The N.E.C members also assists this family by providing them with food.

Granny breast feeds Grand Daughter
This is an amazing story of baby Jacqueline Awuor; her mum passed away when she was only 9 days old, her granny took her and being of such a tender age, all the food she knew was milk and so Granny Rosa started breastfeeding her. Amazingly, at her age (65) she produced milk which baby jacqueline has been suckling on for 3 years now.
